Its strong track record and client loyalty reflect long-term partnerships with leading production crews and actors worldwide.Role DescriptionThe Account Manager role is an on-site role based in Bridged, Wales, but applicants must be prepared to travel to other locations and divisions.This role oversees day-to-day account management for television production clients, acting as the primary point of contact to understand requirements, coordinate bookings, and ensure seamless day-to-day management of facilities and base crew.The Account Manager will plan and schedule resources, liaise with internal operations and logistics teams, monitor project progress, and address any issues that may impact production timelines or service quality.Responsibilities include preparing quotations, tracking budgets, maintaining accurate documentation, and analysing account performance to identify opportunities for improvement.The role also involves building strong client relationships and supporting continuous enhancement of service standards in line with company values.We are seekingSomeone who is dedicated to providing service excellence all the time, every time.Candidates should possess strong account management and people management skills to build client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.Relevant experience in film or television production environments, especially dealing with facilities or technical services, is highly beneficial.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues calmly under time pressure.Sound environmental judgement in planning and decision makingDemonstrate an understanding of accessibility and inclusive practices which support equitable participation.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.Proficiency with standard office software and basic reporting tools; familiarity with industry-specific scheduling is an advantage.A background in production management, media, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.TPBN1_UKTJ
