We are looking for a Workflow & Development Technician to join our Professional Services team and play a key role in supporting and improving the solutions our customers rely on every day.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical troubleshooting, development skills and customer support in a fast-moving environment.What you will be doing Providing technical support for workflow and development solutions used by customers and internal teamsInvestigating and resolving incidents, ensuring excellent communication throughoutManaging business-critical Priority 1 incidents and coordinating responsesProducing root cause analysis reports and recommending improvementsWorking closely with our Digital Services team to support and enhance deployed solutionsIdentifying opportunities to optimise workflows and improve customer outcomesContributing to knowledge articles, documentation and best practice guidesBuilding strong relationships with customers, colleagues and technology partnersA typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week. Remote options may be available for the right candidate.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ////////EssentialExperience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support roleStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsGood attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPassion for technology and a willingness to learn new systemsDesirableExposure to workflow, document management or automation solutionsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or PythonExperience with ticketing systems such as FreshdeskUnderstanding of OCR, document capture or incident management processesWe value candidates with AI literacy individuals who are curious about technology, comfortable exploring automation, and eager to contribute to a modern, forward-thinking business.SC CLEARANCE:For this role, you will be required to obtain SC Clearance -which includes a basic criminal record check.
