As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  Support students both inside and outside the classroom to help them reach their full potential

  Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences

  Provide one-to-one and small group support where required

\n
• \n

  Assist pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs

• \n

  Help maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment

• \n

  Support the preparation of classroom resources and learning activities

\n
• \n

  Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of students

\n

We are looking for individuals who:

  Have experience working with children or young people in any setting

\n

  Are patient, caring, and committed to supporting student progress

\n
• \n

  Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

\n
• \n

  Are adaptable and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

  Have a genuine passion for education and child development

\n
• \n

  Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one

\n
