You will lead the Talent & Culture function, supporting a high-performing, engaged workforce and fostering a culture that reflects Rosewood’s values.YOUR ROLEAs Director of Talent & Culture, you will play a critical role in driving the people agenda, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of exceptional talent.
