Are you an Accounts Receivable professional who knows SAP FICO inside out and enjoys solving problems in fast-paced international environments?

We're looking for a bilingual Spanish and English-speaking SAP FICO AR Specialist to join a major finance transformation programme supporting global operations. This is an opportunity to work with a diverse international team, contribute to large-scale process improvements, and gain exposure to cutting-edge SAP initiatives — all while working remotely from wherever you are.

What You'll Be Working On

This isn't a traditional transactional AR position.

You'll be combining day-to-day Accounts Receivable expertise with transformation-focused activities, helping improve processes, resolve complex issues, and support organisations moving towards more efficient finance operations.

Your work will include:

Managing customer accounts and receivables activities within SAP

Analysing payment and billing issues to identify root causes

Supporting collections and reducing aged debt exposure

Driving account reconciliation activities

Contributing to month-end close and reporting processes

Working alongside finance, technology and operations teams across multiple countries

Identifying process inefficiencies and helping implement improvements

Supporting the evolution of SAP-driven finance processes

What We're Looking For

We're interested in professionals who combine technical SAP FICO knowledge with strong finance operations experience.

You'll likely have:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Order-to-Cash environments

• Hands-on SAP FICO knowledge

• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English
\n
• Strong reconciliation and dispute management skills
\n
• Experience managing customer account queries
\n
• Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and regions
\n
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
