As part of our Business Services team, you will play an integral role in supporting our lawyers and business support colleagues by delivering a high-quality reprographics service. - Produce high-quality printing, photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating, and document finishing services. \n
- Manage high-volume print requests while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. \n
- Prepare court bundles, trial bundles, client presentations, and legal documentation to a high standard. \n
- Operate and maintain digital print and finishing equipment, reporting faults where necessary. \n
- Monitor paper, toner, and stationery supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained. \n
- Prioritise workloads to meet urgent and business-critical requests from legal and business support teams. \n
- Ensure all work is handled in accordance with confidentiality and information security requirements. \n
- Provide support with incoming and outgoing mail, courier requests, and document distribution when required. \n
- Maintain accurate records of print jobs and departmental activity where appropriate. \n
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reprographics processes and service delivery. \n
- Build positive working relationships across the firm by providing a responsive and professional service. \n

- Previous experience within a reprographics, print room, document production, or administrative support environment. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. \n
- Good communication and customer service skills. \n
- A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to support colleagues across the business. \n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and digital document management systems. \n
- Knowledge of professional print and finishing equipment is desirable. \n
- Experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous but not essential. \n
