Location: Sittingbourne, Kent

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Shifts: Weekly Rotation (06:00-14:00 & 10:00-18:00)

This isn't your average "pick and pack" role. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility, taking full ownership of inventory accuracy in a high-volume environment where precision is the absolute priority.

As a core member of our elite logistics team, your day-to-day will involve:

• Precision Picking: Utilising handheld scanners to fulfil medical orders with 100% accuracy.

• Stock Integrity: Organising inventory and maintaining flawless records for total traceability.
\n
• Systems Management: Completing essential digital updates-where accuracy is non-negotiable.
\n
• Team Collaboration: Partnering with internal departments to handle urgent material requests and refine processes.

We are looking for professionals who take pride in their work and thrive under pressure.

• Proven Experience: A solid background of at least a year working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics hub.
\n
• Technical Basics: Strong literacy and numeracy skills to manage strict inventory controls.

• Reliability: A rock-solid track record for dependability and punctuality.
\n
• Mobility (Critical): You must have your own reliable transport or live within a 45-minute walk of the site to ensure you can meet the 06:00 AM start time.
