They are looking for a qualified Management Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid opportunity paying up to £55,000 near Cannock.

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Monitor budgets and forecasts, providing insights on variances.
\n
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
\n
• Support year-end processes, including liaising with auditors.
\n
• Provide financial analysis to assist decision-making across the business.
\n
• Maintain and develop strong financial controls and processes.
\n
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning initiatives.
\n
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings.
\n

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
\n
• Experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
\n
• Multi site Management Accounts experience.
\n
• Able to drive is essential.
\n
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes.
\n
• An understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
\n
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
\n
• The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
\n

Job Offer

• Salary between £50,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
\n
• Permanent position with a hybrid working arrangement (2 days remote).
