An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and growing regional law firm based in Barnsley.

This role offers exposure to a broad and high-quality caseload, including:
\n
\n - Sales and purchases of business premises
\n - Agricultural land transactions
\n - Sale and acquisition of both registered and unregistered land
\n - Commercial landlord and tenant lease matters
\n
\n
You will have:
\n
\n -
4+ years PQE in commercial property
\n - Strong technical skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
\n - The ability to commute to the Barnsley office
\n
\n
