The Role\n

• Managing and developing a busy non-teaching desk
\n
• Recruiting for all support and operational roles within schools
\n
• Building relationships with schools across West Yorkshire
\n
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
\n
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
\n
• Growing existing accounts and maximising opportunities
\n

About You\n

\n
• Previous experience within Industrial, Commercial or Recruitment sectors
\n
• Enjoys building long-term relationships
\n
• Organised, proactive and target-driven
\n
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
\n
• Looking for a sector with excellent long-term growth and stability
\n
• Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
\n
