This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established global organisation, working within a busy warehouse environment on a permanent night shift. Location: Bristol Hours: 37.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: Sunday: 22:00 - 06:00 Monday: 22:00 - 06:00 Tuesday: 22:00 - 06:00 Wednesday: 22:00 - 06:00 Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00 Finish at 06:00 Friday morning Salary: £27,000 per annum Additional: 25% Shift Allowance The Role As a Warehouse Operative within the Packing & Scrap Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed to the highest standard while supporting efficient waste and scrap management processes across the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Packing products accurately and safely for dispatch Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Managing and disposing of scrap materials in line with company procedures Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area Supporting warehouse operations to ensure production targets are met Using warehouse equipment and systems as required Following all health and safety guidelines About You We're looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards. Essential Skills & Experience Previous warehouse, packing, manufacturing, or production experience Good attention to detail Strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive and flexible approach to work Understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse environment What's in it for You?
