We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support refurbishment and new-build projects within a large group.

Salary + Company car - travel will be required out to UK sites.

Responsibilities

\n - Manage refurb and new-build projects from concept to completion
\n - Develop and control project costings, budgets, and timelines
\n - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practice
\n - Integrate environmental and sustainability considerations into project delivery
\n - Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
\n

Experience
\n
\n - Proven project management experience, ideally within the rural construction sector
\n - Strong understanding of agricultural structures and building standards
\n - Experience managing budgets, cost control, and procurement
\n - Knowledge of environmental, sustainability, and regulatory requirements
