Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Nottinghamshire.

Start Date: Monday 27th July

Duration: 6 weeks

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS certificate (essential)
\n
• Valid CSCS Card (Manager level preferred)
\n
• First Aid at Work certificate
\n
• Basic or Enhanced DBS Check (essential)
\n
• Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or occupied environments
\n
• Strong leadership and communication skills
\n
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
\n

Responsibilities:

\n
• Day-to-day management of the site and workforce
\n
• Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
\n
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
\n
• Maintaining site records and health & safety documentation
\n
• Liaising with the client, contracts manager, and project team
\n
• Managing site logistics and ensuring compliance with programme requirements
\n
