Previous teaching experience is not essential, and full support will be provided to gain a teaching qualification if required. Lecturer Electrical Installations

Huntingdon (with some teaching at Cambridge) £29,662 - £43,662 per annum 37 hours per week Permanent, Full Time

The RoleYou will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Electrical Installation programmes, supporting students of varying ages and abilities to achieve their potential.

The role will include:

• Delivering engaging and practical Electrical Installation lessons.
\n
• Assessing student work and monitoring progress.
\n
• Developing teaching materials and course resources.
\n
• Providing tutorial support and guidance to learners.
\n
• Supporting student recruitment and promotional events.
\n
• Working collaboratively within a supportive curriculum team.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong industry links. Lecturer Electrical Installations
\n

What We're Looking ForEssential:

\n
• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification.
\n
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above.
\n
• Substantial, recent industry experience within Electrical Installations.
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Ability to motivate and engage learners of all ages and abilities. Lecturer Electrical Installations

Desirable:

\n
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or DTLLS).
\n
• Assessor or Internal Verification qualifications.
\n
• Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience.
\n
• Construction or Building Services related qualifications. Lecturer Electrical Installations
