Hertford / Hybrid / London & Southeast PatchAre you a Contracts Manager with experience managing electrical maintenance, compliance, or social housing contracts, looking for a senior role within a well-established Electrical Contractor offering hybrid working, training, and company benefits?On offer is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding Electrical Contractor who operate across London and the Southeast, delivering maintenance and compliance contracts for housing associations, councils, commercial clients, and regulated residential estates.In this role, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of a major electrical maintenance contract, covering emergency lighting, lightning protection, PAT testing, height safety, and PV systems. You will be responsible for KPIs, SLAs, compliance, subcontractors, budgets, reporting, client relationships, and team performance.This role would suit a Contracts Manager from an electrical maintenance, compliance, social housing, public sector, or regulated residential background, looking to take ownership of a high-value contract with long-term progression.The Role:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of electrical maintenance and compliance contracts
\n
• Oversee emergency lighting, lightning protection, PAT testing, height safety, and PV systems
\n
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, compliance, subcontractors, budgets, reporting, and P&L
\n
• Lead supervisors, engineers, administrators, and subcontracted teams
\n
• Hybrid role covering London, Hertford, and the Southeast
\n

The Person:

\n
• Contracts Manager or similar
\n
• Background in electrical maintenance, electrical compliance, social housing, public sector, or regulated residential contracts
\n
• Experience managing subcontractors, KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and multi-discipline teams
\n
• Strong client-facing skills
\n
• Commutable to Hertford and able to cover London and the Southeast
\n
