Trainee Property Maintenance & Site Support Operative (Temp-to-Perm)\n
Catch 22 are recruiting on behalf of an established Property and Facilities Management business for a Trainee Property Maintenance & Site Support Operative based in London.
\nThis is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering an excellent route into the property maintenance and facilities management sector. The role would ideally suit someone at trainee or entry level who is keen to develop a long-term career within a growing business.
\nThe position is fully site-based from E14, with regular travel to client sites across London. Due to the nature and location of the sites, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as many locations can be difficult to access via public transport.

- Temp-to-perm opportunity \n
- Main working hours are Monday to Friday with a 1 hour unpaid break, however you must be flexible around business needs \n
- Some outside core hours and weekend work as and when required \n
- Salary up to £25,000 per annum, depending on age, experience and suitability \n
- The role is based from E14, London, with work taking place at client premises across London \n
- You must hold a driving licence and access to own vehcile due to site locations \n
- Uniform and PPE provided \n
- Full on-the-job training and support \n
- Main working hours are Monday to Friday 830 - 530 with a 1 hour unpaid break, however you must be flexible around business needs \n

- Assisting engineers and experienced operatives on property maintenance jobs \n
- Supporting site preparation, general works and project completion \n
- Helping with removals, deliveries, equipment and material handling \n
- Keeping tools, materials and work areas organised \n
- Recording photographs, job updates and basic site information \n
- Supporting office and operational administration when not required on site \n
- Learning and using systems such as Workever, Prima and Excel \n
- Maintaining a professional standard when working at client premises \n

- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn \n
- Practical and comfortable with hands-on, physical work \n
- Professional and presentable when working on client sites \n
- Able to follow instructions and work safely \n
- Comfortable carrying out a varied role rather than focusing on one trade \n
- Able to travel reliably to sites across London \n
- Comfortable with early starts and occasional Saturday work \n
- Interested in building a long-term career within property and facilities management \n
- Basic computer skills and confidence using new systems \n
- Full UK driving licence required \n
- Access to your own vehicle required \n
