Year 3 Teacher - Blackpool

Your new companyAt Hays Education, we are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Blackpool to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher for a long-term teaching opportunity starting in September.This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive school community committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 3 class, creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.Your new roleAs the Year 3 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
\n
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil progress and wellbeing.
\n
• Assess, monitor and track pupil attainment, adapting teaching strategies where required.
\n
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
\n
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development.
\n

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
\n
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally in Lower KS2.
\n
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
\n
• Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
\n
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Be committed to creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment.
\n
