\n We are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Reach Truck / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Patchway, Bristol (BS34). This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role offering a competitive hourly rate and stable working hours.\n

\n The successful candidate will be responsible for forklift operation as well as general warehouse duties, supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.\n

\n Key Responsibilities \n

- Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
\n - Loading and unloading goods from lorries and internal storage areas
\n - Moving, stacking, and replenishing stock within the warehouse
\n - Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
\n - Using handheld scanners and warehouse computer systems (WMS)
\n - Conducting basic forklift checks and reporting any faults
\n - Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
\n - Adhering strictly to all health and safety procedures
\n Requirements
\n - Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, or equivalent)
\n - Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
\n - Confident using scanners and basic computer systems
\n - Good attention to detail and accuracy
\n - Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
\n - Strong time management and reliability
\n - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
