OPERATIONS MANAGER

FULL TIME - SCP 37 – 40 (£48,226 to £51,356)

Malvern Town Council is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and co-ordinate the Council’s operational services.

Managing a team of seven full time grounds maintenance operatives, the Town Council are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to ensure the Council’s services are delivered efficiently, consistently and in accordance with Council policies and statutory requirements.

This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity to provide best value services to the community within Malvern Town. Applicants must have previous experience of managing operational services, knowledge of health and safety regulations / risk assessment and have excellent leadership and people management skills.
