\nOur client is a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer supplying Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and specialist products to the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Production Operative to join their manufacturing team in Kent.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in a GMP-regulated production environment who are looking to develop their career within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in accordance with strict quality and regulatory standards.
\nThe successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
\n\nDuties of the Role

- Operating manufacturing equipment and processes in accordance with GMP procedures and production instructions. \n
- Preparing, weighing, dispensing, and handling raw materials used in the manufacturing process. \n
- Completing batch manufacturing records and production documentation accurately and compliantly. \n
- Performing equipment set-up, cleaning, and line clearance activities. \n
- Supporting the manufacture of pharmaceutical-grade products to agreed production schedules. \n
- Following health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times. \n
Key Skills & Experience
\nEssential
\n- \n
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or regulated industrial environment. \n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures accurately. \n
- Good understanding of health and safety practices in a production setting. \n
- Flexibility to work shifts as part of the production operation. \n
Desirable
\n- \n
- Previous experience within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or biotechnology manufacturing environment. \n
- Experience working with batch manufacturing records and production documentation. \n
- Knowledge of GMP requirements and cleanroom practices. \n
