Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor (Claimant)

The Opportunity

An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor to join its claimant-focused Personal Injury team. The department handles a broad range of matters, including:

• Employer’s Liability claims
\n
• Public Liability claims
\n
• Road Traffic Accident claims
\n
• Clinical Negligence matters
\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in personal injury litigation who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment. Experience in clinical negligence and/or contentious probate would be advantageous but is not essential, as training can be provided where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to conclusion, including litigated claims
\n
• Handle both pre- and post-litigation cases
\n
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department
\n
• Support business development and networking activities
\n
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and referrers
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE
\n
• Proven experience handling a varied personal injury caseload, including litigated matters
\n
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
\n
