Employment Solicitor

A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment team in London. You'll be taking on a varied caseload of challenging and interesting work at a firm with a supportive culture, offering a competitive salary and great prospects.

The Role

You will manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Advising on misconduct, grievances and sickness absence
\n
• TUPE advice and drafting
\n
• Employment Tribunal litigation (including advocacy where required)
\n
• Settlement Agreements for employers and employees
\n
• Industrial relations and strike action
\n
• Restructures and due diligence on projects
\n

The role also offers opportunities to deliver client training, support partners on complex matters and contribute to business development initiatives.

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2–6 years’ PQE in Employment Law
\n
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
\n
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
\n
• Highly organised with attention to detail and resilience under pressure
\n
