Location: TonbridgeJob Type: PermanentSalary: £30,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, either 7:30am–5:00pm or 12:30pm–10:00pm

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary, weekday-only shifts, and a stable working environment? We are recruiting for 2 Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing operation in Tonbridge.

As part of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment where teamwork, productivity, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using handheld scanners.
\n
• Transport picked items to the packing area using warehouse trolleys.
\n
• Pack, seal, and label orders ready for dispatch.
\n
• Assist with loading and unloading lorries.
\n
• Operate forklifts where required.
\n
• Work towards warehouse productivity targets of:\n
  \n
  • 40 picks per hour
  \n
  • 55 packs per hour
  \n
\n
• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
\n

Desirable Skills

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
\n
• Reach Truck Forklift Licence.
\n
• Previous forklift operating experience.
\n
