Location: Marden, Kent

Salary: £45,589.68 per annum

Hours: Full time, permanent 39 hours per week (Mon to Fri (8.5 x 4 5 x 1))

We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Communications Executive to join a growing manufacturing business. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support UK and international marketing activities, creating engaging content, coordinating events, managing digital channels and helping deliver exciting marketing campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create engaging content for websites, social media, brochures, videos and press releases.
\n
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, product demonstrations and company events.
\n
• Work closely with the Sales team to support customer engagement and lead generation.
\n
• Manage digital marketing activities, including website updates, SEO and online campaigns.
\n
• Coordinate photo and video shoots and oversee branded merchandise.
\n
• Support CRM projects, market research and global marketing initiatives.
\n
• Mentor and support a Marketing Apprentice.
\n
• Travel across the UK and occasionally internationally to support events and projects.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 2+ years' experience in a marketing or communications role.
\n
• Experience managing social media, websites and digital marketing campaigns.
\n
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro desirable).
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative eye for design.
\n
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
\n
• Willingness to travel and learn about technical products.
\n
