I'm recruiting for a fast-growing commercial interiors and fit-out business in Central London and I'm on the hunt for a sharp, organised Sales Support Coordinator to keep sales projects running like clockwork — from first quote to final sign-off. This isn't a back-office admin role. You'll be the glue between the sales team, suppliers, and clients — making sure every quotation, cost plan, and spec is accurate, on time, and client-ready.The setup: 4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home.   • Preparing and issuing project quotations and cost plan budgets
  • \n
  • Supporting the sales team on product specification and technical requirements
  • \n
  • Producing detailed, client-ready cost plans
  • \n
  • Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers on product info, lead times and pricing
  • \n
  • Coordinating fabric and material sampling for client approval
  • \n
  • Checking order acknowledgements and specifications for accuracy
  • \n
  • Managing the handover from sales to delivery, cleanly and clearly
  • \n
Project Coordination\n

  • Tracking project programmes and delivery schedules to keep things on course
  • \n
  • Supporting snagging and shortages reporting through to client sign-off
  • \n
What you'll bring \n
    \n
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in commercial interiors, fit-out, or furniture
  • \n
  • Sharp attention to detail — nothing slips past you
  • \n
  • Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • \n
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you spot issues before they become problems
  • \n
  • Confidence working solo and as part of a team
  • \n
  • A calm, professional head under pressure
  • \n
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • \n
