I'm recruiting for a fast-growing commercial interiors and fit-out business in Central London and I'm on the hunt for a sharp, organised Sales Support Coordinator to keep sales projects running like clockwork — from first quote to final sign-off. This isn't a back-office admin role. You'll be the glue between the sales team, suppliers, and clients — making sure every quotation, cost plan, and spec is accurate, on time, and client-ready.The setup: 4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home. - Preparing and issuing project quotations and cost plan budgets \n
- Supporting the sales team on product specification and technical requirements \n
- Producing detailed, client-ready cost plans \n
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers on product info, lead times and pricing \n
- Coordinating fabric and material sampling for client approval \n
- Checking order acknowledgements and specifications for accuracy \n
- Managing the handover from sales to delivery, cleanly and clearly \n

- Tracking project programmes and delivery schedules to keep things on course \n
- Supporting snagging and shortages reporting through to client sign-off \n
- \n
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in commercial interiors, fit-out, or furniture \n
- Sharp attention to detail — nothing slips past you \n
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once \n
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you spot issues before they become problems \n
- Confidence working solo and as part of a team \n
- A calm, professional head under pressure \n
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication \n
