Both are lively, engaging, and love staying active, from bowling and cinema trips to baking cakes, making dog biscuits, and visiting their favourite shops.Each woman has her own support needs. One enjoys her independence and takes pride in her cooking and daily routines. The second woman requires full personal care and support with meals. She's engaging and expressive, and thrives with someone who's emotionally resilient, confident, and always thinking ahead.This is a lone-working role so we're looking for someone who's calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and brings a reassuring presence. Both women use words to communicate and flourish with support workers who are upbeat, motivated, and genuinely enjoy what they do.About You We're looking for someone who is caring, adaptable and passionate about helping people live great lives.
