Resourcing Advisor

We're looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join our clients HR team in Lichfield.In this varied role, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple sites, from attracting top talent to delivering a seamless onboarding experience. You'll also play a key role in employee engagement, retention initiatives, employer branding, and supporting wellbeing programmes.What you'll be doing:Managing end-to-end recruitment, including high-volume campaignsScreening candidates and coordinating interviewsDeveloping our employer brand and recruitment marketingSupporting onboarding and new starter integrationDriving employee engagement and retention initiativesBuilding relationships with agencies, colleges and local partnersReporting on recruitment KPIs and market trendsEnsuring recruitment processes remain compliant with UK legislationWhat we're looking for:Recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (FMCG desirable)Knowledge of UK recruitment legislation and HR systemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA passion for delivering a first-class candidate and employee experienceIf you're ready to make a real impact by attracting, engaging and retaining great people, please apply today!
