Global Law firm - Hybrid 3 and 2This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned Global Law firm as a SuccessFactors specialist.This opportunity is an additional headcount to grow the team, which currently consists of a Senior HR Systems Manager and a People Systems Analyst, both based in our London office. They implemented SAP SuccessFactors last summer, and this role will play a key part in supporting, embedding, and optimising the system. The modules currently in scope are Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning.SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential. Ideally you will have the followingexperience ;A minimum of one years hands-on experience;The ability to independently manage system administration tasks;Strong experience in Employee Central;Solid reporting capability, ideally including Story Reports.There will be an early focus on reporting, making this a particularly strong opportunity for someone keen to deepen their expertise in data, reporting, and insights.
