Rullion is recruiting a Site Document Controller to join a major project based in Necton (PE37 8AG).?? The Role at a GlanceStart: ASAPDuration: 2 yearsPay: £23-£30 per hour (DOE)Hours: 10-hour days, Monday-Friday (optional weekend work)Location: Site-based (must drive - not accessible via public transport) Necton,Norfolk?? Status: Inside IR35What You'll Be DoingInvolvement with of multi-projectsManagement of project deliverables using the associated systems, not limited to:Allocating document numbersCreating placeholdersSet up supplier packagesQA checks on deliverablesManage review workflows in line with project timescalesDistribute workflow comments - Client - Suppliers - InternalHard copy submissions to siteSubmission of As-buildsInteract with wider project teamSupport Document Control teamContribute to continuous improvementsCommunicat ions with external stakeholdersBe a team playerYou'll play a key role in keeping critical project documentation accurate, up-to-date, and flowing efficiently across teams. Responsibilities include:Managing and maintaining site documentation via SDIControlling, stamping, and distributing construction drawingsCoordinating with project teams using document management systemsHandling incoming/outgoing documents from stakeholdersSupporting redline markups and as-built documentationPerforming general office and admin dutiesWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Minimum 6+ months' experience in Document ManagementTraining in Quality Management / Configuration ControlKey Skills:Strong admin and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, EDMS, Aconex, ACC)Confident communicator with great attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyComfortable in a site-based (portacabin) environmentFast-paced, team-oriented mindset??
