This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with experience using tools and working within a manufacturing, construction, shopfitting, or installation environment.The successful Installer will be involved in the manufacture, refurbishment, assembly, and installation of modular buildings, cabins, kiosks, and retail units. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to work on bespoke customer projects and develop a wide range of practical skills.Your RoleAs an Installer , your duties will include:Maintenance of existing assets throughout the UK and EuropeRefurbishment of customer-owned modular units, cabins, kiosks, and retail spacesManufacturing, erection, and refurbishment of modular buildings and structuresSupporting customer-specific refurbishment and new-build projectsUsing hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery including circular saws and jigsawsAssembly of panel cabins and mobile merchandise unitsInstallation and fitting of windows and doorsAssisting with all aspects of the manufacturing and build processWorking from measurements, dimensions, and technical drawingsEnsuring work is completed safely and to a high standardRequirementsProven experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyElectrical knowledge and experienceAbility to read and work from measurements and technical drawingsExperience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or installation environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to follow procedures and maintain high standardsPhysically fit and capable of lifting and carrying materials when requiredPractical and proactive approach to problem-solvingStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable, punctual, and dependableDesirable Skills:Previous experience in installation, shopfitting, kitchen fitting, furniture assembly, or similar tradesPlumbing knowledgeCarpentry and joinery experiencePay & Shifts£13.50 per hourMonday - Friday07:00 - 16:00Ongoing temporary opportunityWhat's in it for you?Weekly pay from an experienced payroll teamHoliday accrued up to 28 days (pro-rata)Ongoing temporary workVaried and interesting projectsOpportunity to develop new skillsSupportive and friendly working environmentFree onsite parkingFree access to our perks scheme after your first payment (discounts on electronics, travel, clothing, home, fitness, wellbeing and more)How to ApplyTo apply, please send your up-to-date CV to this advert or call 01905 20547 and speak to one of our recruitment consultants today!
