\nWe are looking for HR Shared Services Administrator who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.
\nThis is a fixed term contract up to 12 months.
Purpose of this role\nTo provide timely and accurate HR administration across the Group that delivers right first time, exemplary customer service and meets SLAs.
Your key responsibilities are\nTo provide a comprehensive administrative service across all HR processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail together with compliance to process and required SLAs, as directed by the HR Hub Team Leader.
\nTo work in partnership with the Resourcing Team to produce accurate contracts, offer letters and all other onboarding documentation in a timely manner that meets SLA requirements.
\nTo work in partnership with the HR Advisors and HR Business partners to produce HR correspondence and documentation for employees as required.
\nTo provide effective and timely first line response to telephone and electronic queries, enabling effective resolutions and excellent customer service.
\nTo provide an auditing and data cleansing service and management information reports to the wider HR team and management as required, to enable accuracy of data in the HR system.
\nTo provide fit for purpose data and documentation for effective management and control of various processes throughout the employee lifecycle including sickness, maternity and paternity, changes to terms and conditions and leaver procedures.
\nTo advise employees and managers on the HR Information System including resolving or supporting the resolution of problems related to the operation of the system.
\nApart from the duties summarised above, we retain the right to include other reasonable duties which are part of, and incidental to this type of work as deemed appropriate by the Shared Services Team Leader or other members of the HR department.
Qualifications\nMinimum of four GCSEs, or equivalent, including Maths and English.
Experience/Knowledge\nStrong administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
\nGood knowledge of confidentiality and the ability to deal with sensitive information.
\nAble to work to deadlines and Service Level Agreements whilst ensuring compliance to processes.
\nStrong knowledge and previous experience of working with databases and Microsoft Office.
Abilities/Skills\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy levels, both when using databases and compiling documents.
\nClear and articulate communicator both in writing and verbally, to assist colleagues at all levels of the business.
\nGood initiative to manage own workload and solve problems.
\nPositive, can-do attitude to ensure high levels of customer service.
Desirable\nA Levels or equivalent.
\nCIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Practice or equivalent.
\nExperience of working in HR.
\nExperience of using an HR Information System.
\nKnowledge of data protection, including GDPR.
