- Providing 1-2-1 and small group intervention support \n
- Assisting pupils with communication, social and emotional development \n
- Supporting the delivery of engaging and personalised learning activities \n
- Working closely with Teachers, Teaching Assistants and specialist staff \n
- Encouraging independence, confidence and positive engagement \n
- Supporting pupils with personal care where required \n
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment \n
