Teaching Assistant - Early Years (Nursery/Reception)

\n\nSANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a large, well regarded primary school in Barking & Dagenham. They are seeking that dedicated teaching assistants to join their early years (nursery/reception).

\nThe role will be a combination of 1:1 support for students with Autism, as well as
\ngeneral classroom assistance.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:

- Provide 1:1 support for key students with additional needs \n
- Support learning through play-based and structured activities \n
- Assist with the development of early literacy, phonics, and numeracy skills \n
- Helping to maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment \n
- Assisting with observations and tracking pupil progress \n
About You:
\n- \n
- Have previous experience as a teaching assistant in early years setting, such as nursery or reception \n
- Have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly Autism \n
- Be patient, empathic, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills \n
- Work effectively as part of a team while building positive relationships with children and staff \n
