- Provide high-touch IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and A/V issues \n
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, peripherals, and collaboration tools \n
- Manage SaaS access requests and administer core platforms, including SSO, device management, and enterprise applications \n
- Document IT policies, troubleshooting guides, and user instructions to enhance self-service support \n
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process or automation improvements \n
- Contribute to IT projects from research through implementation \n
- Build trust with senior and non-technical stakeholders by simplifying complex IT concepts \n

- 1–2 years of IT experience in a customer-facing support role \n
- Skilled in supporting both macOS and Windows \n
- Experienced with Okta and/or other enterprise SaaS tools and systems (e.g., SSO, device management, collaboration platforms) \n
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (WiFi, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS) \n
- Analytical, resourceful, and solution-oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills \n
- Personable, patient, and confident in helping non-technical colleagues \n
- Able to manage multiple priorities and conversations simultaneously \n
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of issues \n
