About the role - Science Technician

We are seeking a reliable and organised Science Technician to join a secondary academy and support the delivery of engaging practical science lessons. You will prepare, maintain, and organise equipment, chemicals, and resources for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons, ensuring laboratories are safe, well-equipped, and ready for use. Working closely with teaching staff, you will provide technical support during practical activities, maintain stock levels, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Previous laboratory or school-based experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
