MIS Support - Remote FTC

Salary: 32k

Location: Remote

We are looking for an experienced MIS Consultant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fully remote role supporting schools with the effective use of their Management Information Systems, primarily Arbor.

• Provide consultancy, training, and helpdesk support for Arbor MIS.
\n
• Support schools in resolving system issues and improving their use of MIS.
\n
• Respond to support requests and resolve issues within agreed service levels.
\n
• Deliver high-quality customer service and build positive relationships with schools.
\n
• Maintain accurate records and follow agreed support processes.
\n

You will have:

\n
• Experience supporting Arbor MIS.
\n
• Experience in an IT support, customer service, or education technology environment.
\n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
• The ability to learn new software quickly.
\n
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
\n

Desirable:

\n
• Experience delivering Arbor training or consultancy.
\n
• Knowledge of other MIS platforms such as Bromcom or ESS SIMS.
\n

\n
• Fully remote with occasional travel to offices or schools if required.
\n
