Sales Executive

Up to £30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and highly successful FMCG business based in Basildon. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join their team.

If you have at least 1 year of sales experience and are looking for a company that will invest in your development, provide ongoing training, and offer genuine career progression, this could be the perfect role for you.

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
\n
• Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity.
\n
• Managing enquiries and following up on leads.
\n
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
\n
• Working towards achievable sales targets and earning uncapped commission.
\n
• Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system.
\n

• Minimum 1 year's sales experience (ideally office-based B2B or B2C sales).
\n
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
\n
• Self-motivated, driven and target-focused.
\n
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
\n
• Looking for a long-term career within sales.
