What You'll Be Doing

As an Assembly Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are built and prepared to the highest standards. Your responsibilities may include:

Packing assemblies and preparing products for dispatch

Preparing and populating PCB components for selective soldering

Breaking out PCBs from panels using specialist tools

Mechanical assembly work, including:

• Installing PCBs into housings
\n
• Fitting cable assemblies
\n
• Completing multi-stage box build assemblies
\n

Carrying out functional testing of PCBs and finished products

Following work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, electronics, or warehouse experience would be advantageous, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
