  • Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Litigation team.
  • \n
  • Audio typing and preparing legal correspondence, documents and reports.
  • \n
  • Managing diaries, appointments and general administrative tasks.
  • \n
  • Opening new client files and maintaining accurate case records.
  • \n
  • Handling incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries appropriately.
  • \n
  • Providing reception cover when required.
  • \n
  • Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
  • \n
  • Supporting the Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
  • \n
  • Maintaining high levels of client care and confidentiality at all times.
  • \n
About You We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a supportive legal team. You'll ideally have:\n

  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within a law firm.
  • \n
  • Excellent audio typing and document production skills.
  • \n
  • Strong communication and client care abilities.
  • \n
  • Previous experience using a legal case management system.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • \n
  • A positive, professional and approachable manner.
  • \n
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • \n
