- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to the Litigation team. \n
- Audio typing and preparing legal correspondence, documents and reports. \n
- Managing diaries, appointments and general administrative tasks. \n
- Opening new client files and maintaining accurate case records. \n
- Handling incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries appropriately. \n
- Providing reception cover when required. \n
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. \n
- Supporting the Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks. \n
- Maintaining high levels of client care and confidentiality at all times. \n

- At least 2 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within a law firm. \n
- Excellent audio typing and document production skills. \n
- Strong communication and client care abilities. \n
- Previous experience using a legal case management system. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. \n
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. \n
- A positive, professional and approachable manner. \n
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. \n
