\nAn established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing Residential Property team in Farnham.

\nThe Role
\nYou will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, providing expert advice to clients and maintaining the highest standards of service throughout the transaction.
\nMatters will include:

- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases \n
- Transfers of equity \n
- Remortgages \n
- New build transactions \n
- Shared ownership matters \n
- Help to Buy and other scheme-related transactions \n
- Residential property matters for a broad range of clients \n
About You
\nThe successful candidate will have:
\n- \n
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive status \n
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently \n
- Strong technical knowledge across the residential property lifecycle \n
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills \n
- A commercial and proactive approach to work \n
- Strong organisational and communication abilities \n
