Job Description
To provide a range of services within the nominated facilities. This post requires conscientiousness, high standards and a clear understanding of the importance of all aspects of facility cleanliness and associated hygiene requirements.
Responsibilities\nAs key holder of the Pavilions, you will be responsible for all aspects of security.
\nResponsible for the cleaning of all internal and external areas, ensuring the buildings and external environs are kept in a neat and tidy condition, with a specific responsibility for maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
The Individual\nExperience of cleaning and handyperson / basic maintenance duties
\nAbility to organise and manage own workload.
\nAptitude for tidiness
\nAbility to prioritise tasks / actions
\nAttention to detail
\nAbility to follow routines
\nCapable of working unsupervised
\nActive listening and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with members of the public and staff.
\nAbility to lift and carry reasonable weight, move equipment in conjunction with moving and handling regulations.
\nAbility to bend and stretch for wet and dry cleaning.
\nFlexibility to meet the needs and demands of the service.
