Semi-Skilled Operatives Required - BanburyWe are currently recruiting Semi-Skilled Operatives for a long-term project in Banbury.We're looking for practical, hands-on individuals who are comfortable using basic hand tools and working from instructions. This role would suit candidates with experience in construction, warehouse fit-outs, furniture installation, maintenance, or similar environments.Initial duties will include:Building and assembling office furnitureSetting up work areasMeasuring and marking out locationsAssisting with site preparation and installation worksUsing basic hand tools and equipmentSupporting supervisors and project teams as requiredMaintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environmentRequirements:Handy and practical with a good work ethicExperience using basic hand and power toolsAbility to follow drawings, measurements, and instructionsReliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamPrevious semi-skilled, labouring, installation, or fit-out experience preferredCSCS card beneficial but not essentialWhat's on Offer:£17.00 - £18.00 per hourImmediate starts availableLong-term work opportunitiesOngoing support from our teamTPBN1_UKTJ
