This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is out of work or between contracts and looking for a fantastic short-term opportunity.If you have experience as an Engineering Manager, ideally within FMCG, Food & drink or Food Packaging manufacturing, apply now for an immediate responseThe Job Youll Do:Ensuring a smooth continuation of Engineering operations over the next 3-6 month periodLeading the engineering and maintenance function.Supporting with BRC and internal auditsEnsuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.Delivering preventative maintenance and continuous improvement programmes.Managing engineering projects and capital investments.Ensuring compliance with industry safety, quality, environmental, and health & safety regulations.Supporting production to maximise efficiency, minimise downtime, and achieve operational targets.Developing engineering teams while controlling budgets and driving operational excellence.About You:Experience as an Engineering Manager or similar within FMCG, Food & drink or Food Packaging manufacturingIdeally HNC qualified or above (not essential)Experience managing BRC audits and adhering to the relevant standardsAvailable to start with little noticeTPBN1_UKTJ
