BMC Helix Consultant / ArchitectE ngland, United Kingdom (Hybrid)BMC Helix / Solution ArchitectLondon (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)6-12 Month ContractExcellent Day RateWe're looking for an experienced BMC Helix Solution Architect to support a large-scale enterprise transformation programme focused on modernising IT Service Management, automation, and operational resilience.Key Responsibilities:Architect and deliver BMC Helix solutions across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and AutomationLead platform integrations with cloud, infrastructure, monitoring and enterprise applicationsDrive automation, workflow optimisation and AI-enabled service management initiativesDefine architecture standards, governance and best practicesSupport ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration Management processesLead upgrades, migrations and transformation projects across complex enterprise environmentsProduce solution designs, architecture documentation and technical standardsRequired Experience:Strong BMC Helix / Remedy architecture expertiseExperience with ITSM, Discovery, CMDB and Digital Workplace implementationsCIS Controls v8.1 implementation experienceStrong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practiceExperience integrating cloud platforms, enterprise systems and automation toolsKnowledge of Python, PowerShell, REST APIs or orchestration technologies is beneficialFor more information and direct contact with me, please send me an email and call only if required.
