This Repairs Administrator role in Lancashire offers the chance to join a busy maintenance team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.This 3-month contract offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced team where you'll play a key role in supporting responsive repairs and planning services.In this Repairs Administrator position, you will be:Updating and maintaining system records accuratelyCarrying out data entry and processing informationUpdating and managing spreadsheets and databasesProducing correspondence and documentation as requiredSupporting the Head of Responsive Repairs with daily operational tasksEnsuring records are maintained in line with company proceduresAssisting with general office administration and team supportI'd love to speak to someone who has:Previous administration experience within a social housing environmentStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailThe ability to multitask and prioritise a varied workloadGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office packagesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalA reliable and proactive approach to workThis opportunity offers an assignment rate of £17 per hourTravel and LocationThis role is based in Lancashire, in a location that benefits from excellent transport links across the region.
