The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling objections confidently and working towards individual and team targets.This role will suit someone with previous telesales, outbound sales or contact centre sales experience who enjoys building relationships, creating urgency and delivering results.Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective parents and adult learners to discuss educational support optionsManage inbound and outbound sales activity across multiple lead channelsBuild rapport quickly and confidently handle objectionsConvert enquiries into consultations and enrolmentsMaintain accurate records within the CRM systemConsistently achieving or exceeding sales targetsMaintaining strong activity and productivity levelsDelivering excellent customer experience while remaining commercially focusedTaking ownership of individual performance and developmentPositively contributing to a high-performance sales cultureFollow up consistently with prospective clients to maximise conversion opportunitiesWork towards individual and team KPIs including enrolments, conversion rates, talk time and activity metricsMaintain high levels of professionalism and customer experience throughout the sales journeySupport wider team objectives and contribute positively to sales culture and team performanceIdentify opportunities to improve sales processes and client engagementEssentialPrevious experience within a sales-focused roleConfident communicator with strong telephone mannerComfortable working towards targets and KPIsResilient, motivated and commercially focusedStrong objection handling and closing skillsGood organisational and follow-up skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and willingness to contribute to team cultureDesirableExperience within education, training or service-led sales environments1 year contact centre or outbound dialler experienceCRM experiencePerformance MeasuresEnrolments achievedConversion ratesCall volumesTalk timeFollow-up activityQuality of customer interactionsContribution to team performance and cultureFull time (on site) role, 37.5 hours per week worked over 5 daySafeguarding StatementWe are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
