Supportive team culture we value and invest in our driversNewly qualified drivers are welcome earn 80% of basic salary during probation, with full rate on completion.Job Description Various day shift and night shift available inclusive of some weekend work£42,205.68 per annum (5 on 3 off)£42,603.28 per annum (5 on 2 off)£33,856.82 per annum (4 on 4 off)Shift Premiums: Should your start time fall within the below time slots you will receive a shift premium of:12:00-19.59: + £10.00 per shift20:00-03.59: + £15.00 per shiftOvertime Rates:Monday to Friday: £17.24/hrSaturday: £20.49/hrSunday: £23.30/hrAdditional Earnings:Driver duty premium (11+ hour shifts)Performance bonusNight out allowance: £25 per nightShift allowances (where applicable)??
