We are offering stable, ongoing roles across both day and night shifts on a predictable 4 On / 4 Off rotation, allowing you to plan your schedule months in advance.Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely within a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment.Loading and unloading heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) efficiently.Moving, stacking, and organizing pallets to maximize storage capacity.Conducting standard pre-operational vehicle safety checks daily.Supporting the wider warehouse team with general operational duties when required.Requirements Certification: You must hold a valid, externally accredited Counterbalance licence.Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a similar environment is required.Assessment: All successful candidates must pass a mandatory on-site practical assessment .Attitude: A high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to Health & Safety.What We Offer Competitive hourly rates: £13.37/hr (Days) or £14.63/hr (Nights) .Consistent, guaranteed hours on a 4 On / 4 Off schedule.Long-term, stable work with a reputable recruitment partner.How to Apply We are looking for candidates to start as soon as possible.
