Help new Evri couriers get started with local support!

Were hiring Fixed Term Delivery Team Trainer's at our BrooklandsDelivery Unit to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1.

\n

This role is ideal if youre local to Brooklands, confident using smartphone apps and enjoy helping people.

\n

Pay: £28000-£30000 plus benefits
\n Location: Leatherhead
\n Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday
\n Start date: Immediate starts through to Jan 2027
\n Contract: Fixed term, full time contracts.

Whatyoulldo as a Delivery Team Trainer

\n

Youll be the friendly face who helps new couriers get off to a strong start.

\n

  • Welcome new self-employed couriers when they arrive at the Delivery Unit.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Help them set up and use the courier delivery app.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Show them how to scan,load and prepare for their first deliveries.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Introduce them to key local contacts, including theEVRiBusiness PartnerandTerritory Manager.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Support Day 1 onboarding and answer practical questions.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Help organise a manageable first parcel load so new couriers can build confidence.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Act as a positive coach and support person during the onboarding experience.
  • \n
\n

Youdontneed courier experience if you have the right attitude and confidence with people.This could suit you if you have experience in:

  • Customer service,retailor hospitality.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Warehouse,logisticsor delivery environments.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Training, coaching,mentoringor team support.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Helping people use apps,phonesor workplace systems.

\n
    \n
  • Local part-time work where reliability matters.
  • \n

Youllneed to be:

  • Confident using smartphones and apps.
  • \n

  • Friendly,patientand clear when explaining things.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Organised and able to support more than one person at a time.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Reliable and able to attend the Delivery Unit at agreed times.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving operational environment.
  • \n
\n
    \n
  • Local to Brooklandsor able to travel there easily.
  • \n
\n
