Our specialist partner schools across Norwich are seeking Autism Support Assistants to work with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

You'll help students navigate their school day, build confidence, develop communication skills and achieve their individual goals.

This role would suit someone who understands that progress isn't always measured in grades. Sometimes, it's making a new friend, joining an activity or overcoming a challenge that once felt impossible.
